When committing to have a website, one of the keys to keeping it fresh is keeping it current. This means that time needs to be spent on it, it can’t just be launched and forgotten about.
Keeping your website (or social media pages) updated could include changing images on an image slider to promote something new, updating products, editing or adding video to youtube and/or your website, adding images to the gallery, adding news, sending out email newsletters, advertising on facebook or google adwords, updating or scheduling blog posts, adding pages to your site and any number of other tasks which need to be taken care of.
If you don’t have time to manage some or all of these tasks, we recommend using our Webs Assistant service. You simply purchase by the hour ($60 + gst) or we can design an ongoing package for you which could include various tasks (but are not limited to them) and for a fixed length of time (as an incentive to keep your site up to date), your Webs Assistant will make any changes you require, and keep track of time for each task taken. You won’t even have to send an email, just leave a voice message with your instructions on the phone number we provide you with, then pop a zip drive if needed in the post or upload images or files to our drop box. This is a much more economical option than getting a web designer to maintain your site (although Webs Assistant offers the same services) and a lot less stressful than trying to do it all yourself.
If you are interested in using our Webs Assistant service, please contact us to discuss what is best for your needs.
